Briana Baass is an experienced health, human services and community sector leader with more than 20 years’ experience spanning clinical practice, senior leadership roles within state government, executive health service leadership, and seven years of consulting with a global firm. She has led a broad range of portfolios including workforce wellbeing, family violence reform, transcultural and language services, Aboriginal liaison, allied health services, ambulatory services, clinical governance, strategy development, mental health program evaluation, business continuity planning, and external partnerships across multiple levels of government and private sector.

Briana began her career in clinical Prosthetics and Orthotics before moving into senior leadership roles across the health system. Briana has served as Victoria’s Chief Allied Health Officer. She is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management and a graduate of the College’s Management Residency Program.

Briana is building strong links to our community, representing Council on a number of boards and committees including the Goulburn Valley Libraries.
