Greater Shepparton City Council’s April meeting will be held in Mooroopna on Tuesday 15 April. The meeting will be held at the Mooroopna Hub, 23 Alexandra Street, Mooroopna from 5.30pm and all members of the public are welcome to attend.
Greater Shepparton Mayor Jenny Houlihan said this was the first of two council meetings which would be held outside Shepparton this year.
"As part of our community engagement program we will be conducting our second off site meeting in Tatura in October," Cr Houlihan said
"This is the second time a council meeting will be held in Mooroopna after we had an excellent response from the community last year.
"There will also be a free bbq provided by the Mooroopna Lions Club and Mooroopna Men's shed at the conclusion of the Council meeting. This will provide an opportunity for members of the public to interact with Councillors in an informal setting."
