Community groups and businesses operating in Moira, Shepparton and Strathbogie municipalities will be able to more easily find and apply for grants with Goulburn Valley Funding Finder.
Moira, Shepparton and Strathbogie Councils have joined forces with Australia’s most powerful grant search engine, Grant Guru, to deliver a free one-stop-shop website for business and community grants.
You can simply use the search engine to find available grants and filter grants by specifying location, industry and type of project.
The website also assists with advice and top tips for finding and applying for grants to maximise your chances of receiving the funding you need.
Strathbogie Shire Council CEO, Steve Crawcour said the three Councils wanted to further assist local businesses and groups to find and apply for grants.
"There are a lot of great funding opportunities out there, but the process of finding and applying for grants can be daunting and time consuming and many people don’t know where to start looking," Mr Crawcour said.
"Goulburn Valley Funding Finder will take the guess work out of searching for grants and help groups and businesses navigate the process."
Goulburn Valley Funding Finder has been made possible through the Goulburn Valley Regional Collaborative Alliance between the three Councils, which looks to find savings, efficiencies and innovative solutions through partnership projects.
Start the journey by registering with Goulburn Valley Funding Finder to receive email alerts about available grants.
For further information or assistance with registering, please contact your local Council:
