Tickets are now available for the 2017 Greater Shepparton Women’s Charter Alliance Advisory Committee’s International Women’s Day Event, to be held on Wednesday 8 March.
To celebrate International Women’s Day the Committee have organised a free event Putting Women on the Map, at St Pauls African House in Poplar Avenue Shepparton. The event is open to the entire community, and is supported by Greater Shepparton City Council.

Greater Shepparton City Councillor and Women’s Charter Champion, Seema Abdullah is excited about the theme of the forthcoming International Women’s Day event.
“The Committee’s International Women’s Day event will be facilitated by Susan Benedyka and attendees will enjoy an evening of powerful storytelling, poetry and exploring their own map via experiences,” Cr Abdullah said.
“I encourage women and men to grab a free ticket to this wonderful event.”
The Putting Women on the Map International Women’s Day event is alcohol free.
