Greater Shepparton is also a finalist in the overall Sustainable City of Victoria Award competing against Geelong, Yarra, Melton and Stonnington councils.
Mayor Cr Dinny Adem says a win in any category would be terrific for Greater Shepparton. “A win in any category would raise the profile of Greater Shepparton and acknowledge the hard work put in by many people,” said Cr Adem.

The awards ceremony provides the perfect opportunity for community groups, councils and volunteers from across Victoria to celebrate their projects and stories and to recognise their collective commitment to keeping Victoria beautiful.
