September school holidays will see the return of Greater Shepparton KidsFest, a family favourite amongst locals and visitors alike.
Spread over two big weeks from Saturday 22 September to 7 October, the festival plays host to a wide range of activities aimed at families with children of all ages.
Greater Shepparton City Council Director Community Kaye Thomson said “This year’s festival includes what people know as KidsFest on the first weekend followed by an Aquamoves pool party, the return of 'Deadztown', Activities in the Park including kite making, pot plant decorating and the first ever 'Plogging in the Park event”.
“Greater Shepparton KidsFest is now in its thirteenth year and has established itself as a fun packed event for the whole family. KidsFest is great value family entertainment and there is something for everyone,” said Ms Thomson.
Families can purchase KidsTown Extravaganza tickets for the 22 and 23 September with a Value Pass for $15 per person and this includes more than the standard pass with the total value over $60 however there are more ticket options available and children aged 2 years and under are free.
The Value Pass includes entry to the event, Stage shows, African drumming, superhero crafts, sports zone, ranger walks, all day train pass, face painting, petting zoo.
