Residents of Greater Shepparton are being asked to complete the pet survey for Greater Shepparton City Council to help develop the next Domestic Animal Management Plan. Council is asking for feedback to help inform service delivery and animal management for the next four years.
The latest plan will build on the previous two Domestic Animal Management plans and will guide service delivery actions through to the year 2021.
Greater Shepparton City Council Manager Citizen Services Laurienne Winbanks said the survey is an important measure for council to understand how to plan for the future of our pets within our community and the services it provides.
“The survey aims to gather impressions on a number of services, facilities and activities the Council provides and the information gathered will be used to inform decisions for the coming years,” said Ms Winbanks.
We would like to develop a far more aspirational plan as we are working well towards our operational delivery as an organisation”
“I would like to encourage residents to have their say and participate in the consultation and all they need to do is simply go online and fill out the survey” said Ms Winbanks.
