This week over 50 locals came together at the Central Park Recreation Reserve for the Shepparton East Locality Plan Priority Setting Forum.
GSCC Mayor Cr. Patterson, Deputy Mayor Cr Summer Cr Adem, and Cr Houlihan attended, with catering provided by Eastwood Orchard and the Chocolate Apple Factory.
Thanks to all who've already taken part in Shepparton East's inaugural locality plan consultation. you can have your say right now online via greatershepparton.com.au/shepparton-east-locality-plan.
Locality Plans provide a means for communities to come together and create a shared plan for the future, while acknowledging their rich past and previous achievements. Drawing on community strengths and resources, locality plans help establish a united community vision and a "where to now" social blueprint for residents!
This consultation will result in a Shepparton East Locality Plan which will be wholly owned and driven by the Shepparton East residents.
