The next Goulburn Valley Business Rural and Industry Network (GV BRaIN) will give attendees the opportunity to hear from two of Australia’s leading motor car racers.
Mark Winterbottom and Garry Jacobson, V8 supercar racing drivers, will speak in Shepparton in June.
Mark “Frosty” Winterbottom is an Australian professional racing driver with Tickford Racing. His career highlights include winning the 2013 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 and winning Sandown 500 in 2006 and 2015. Mark Winterbottom has the nickname Frosty after being the voice character of ‘Frosty’ in the Australian Release of the 2011 Pixar Cars 2 movie.
Garry Jacobson is a Shepparton local and an Australian professional racing driver with MW Motorsport competing in the Dunlop Super2 Series. Garry Jacobson won the 2016 Supercars Dunlop Series with Prodrive Racing Australian.
Greater Shepparton Mayor Cr Kim O’Keeffe said this was a fantastic opportunity to hear from two leading Australian racing car drivers.
“It will be great to hear from Shepparton local Garry Jacobson about his journey from a regional area to competing in the Dunlop Series”.
“The GV BRaIN dinners provide an opportunity to not only hear from expert speakers, but also network and share ideas with other business owners.”
GV BRaIN encourages the development of the Greater Shepparton business community by providing opportunities for like-minded individuals to meet and share ideas.
