Shared path construction - Goulburn Valley Highway, Shepparton

Shared path construction on Goulburn Valley Highway near Lauriston Estate starts on Wednesday 19 June 2024, and is expected to take 10 weeks, weather permitting.
The new path section will connect Providence Estate and Grace Road, adjacent to St Luke’s Catholic Primary School.
Temporary 40 km/h speed restrictions will be in place from Harvard Drive to Grace Road between 7.30am and 5.00pm during construction, causing expected delays.
Access to St Luke’s Catholic Primary School will remain open with traffic control in place; the Council thanks the community for their patience and cooperation.

The North Shepparton Growth Corridor shared path works will commence on Wednesday 19 June 2024, with construction expected to take 10 weeks, weather permitting. This new section of shared path will be between Providence Estate and Grace Road, located within the road reserve alongside the Goulburn Valley Highway, north Shepparton (in front of St Luke’s Catholic Primary School).

During the construction period there will be temporary 40 km/h speed restrictions in place along the Goulburn Valley Highway, from Harvard Drive to Grace Road between 7.30am and 5.00pm. Delays are to be expected throughout this location.

Access to St Luke’s Catholic Primary School will be maintained at all times, with traffic control in place at the construction area along the Goulburn Valley Highway. Council would like to thank motorists, the north Shepparton community, schools and businesses for their patience and cooperation while these works are underway.
